Actor and seasoned stand-up comedian Billy Gardell said that after 22 years in "the business," his audition for then-pilot Mike & Molly would be his last. Ever. He was headed back to Pittsburgh for good. See how Gardell says becoming "Mike" has changed his life and career, and find out who he says predicted his amazingly good fortune with popular sitcom Mike & Molly — which CBS just renewed for a third season today.

Gardell was headed into Goldenson Theatre in North Hollywood, California, to tape the live Emmys.com webcast "An Evening with Mike & Molly," along with more stars and producers of the series. Watch interviews and show clips below with co-stars Reno Wilson, Swoosie Kurtz, Katy Mixon, show creator Mark Roberts, director James Burrows, plus exec producer (and newly-minted Television Academy Hall of Famer) Chuck Lorre.
